If your order has been paid for, you need to contact us via customer@iktops.com as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. And it takes 5-7 business days for the logistics tracking information to be updated on the system. If your order was placed 5 business days ago and there is still no information about your tracking number, please contact us.

Unclaimed Orders

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of an incorrect or insufficient address.

Custom / Duty Fees / Remittance Fee

Customs fees and Sale tax are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.

Separate Packages

In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:

Defective/Incorrect/Damaged Packages

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and email customer@iktops.com immediately, if something is missing. So that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
